Pawfest is a MUST ATTEND event for our calendar after being part of it in 2023. The atmosphere and activities made for a fabulously fun and safe environment for both dogs and their owners. How do I book a stand at Pawfest?
Simply fill out our online booking form, and our team will be in touch to confirm your spot.
What stand sizes are available, and how much do they cost?
We offer a variety of stand sizes to suit your needs. Pricing details are outlined in the booking form.
What’s included in the stand fee?
Each stand fee includes space allocation, one car parking space behind your stand, and entry for exhibitor working on the stand.
Are there any restrictions on what I can sell?
We ask that products align with the theme of the event and are appropriate for a family-friendly environment. Please note, items like e-collars and prong collars are prohibited.
Can I bring my vehicle into the event?
Vehicles can access the site during setup and breakdown times only. No vehicle movement is permitted during event hours. One Vehicle is permitted behind the stand. Additional Vehicles must be parked in the car park.
Do I need insurance to exhibit?
Yes, exhibitors are required to have valid public liability insurance. You will need to provide proof before the event.
What happens if I need to cancel my booking?
Our cancellation policy is tiered based on how far in advance you notify us. Full details are provided within the agreement.
Will power or Wi-Fi be provided?
Wi-Fi is included in the cost of the stand, however Power is not included but can be arranged for an additional fee. Please indicate your requirements on the booking form.
Can I choose where my stand is located?
While we try to accommodate preferences, stand locations are based on product category.
What marketing opportunities are available for exhibitors?
We offer optional marketing packages, including email or social media promotion, to help showcase your business before the event.
Do I need to clean up after my stand?
Yes, exhibitors are responsible for removing all rubbish from their stand or may incur additional cleaning charges.
When will I receive setup and breakdown details?
You’ll receive an information pack with setup and breakdown times closer to the event date.
